Refund & Cancellation Policy

All software license purchases (Tally or third-party) are non-refundable once activated or registered.

Payments made for customization, Tally integration, or any service are non-refundable once work has started or delivered.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Refunds will be processed only if:

  • The product/service was not delivered as committed
  • A written cancellation request was received within 48 hours of payment (and work has not started)

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
